Please include as much detail as possible as this allows us to provide you with the most accurate quote from this information.
For bookings with a budget of $2,500 or more during peak season (May through October), we can reserve your date up to 12 months in advance. This extended lead time helps ensure availability for high-demand weekends and allows us to coordinate staffing and materials to meet your needs. Please contact us early to secure your preferred date.

For booking services with a budget less than $1500, we can reserve 3-6 months in advance.

At this time, we are not offering in-person consultations as our quoting software allows couples to input their inspiration photos and all known details for us to curate your wedding floral vision.

We recommend booking your wedding florals 6–12 months in advance, especially for weddings during peak wedding season. We may be able to accommodate smaller orders closer to the wedding date, depending on availability.

Yes! We offer full-service wedding florals, including delivery and on-site setup, for couples looking for a seamless experience on their wedding day. Full-service bookings allow us to ensure your flowers are placed and styled as intended. Smaller orders or weddings booked closer to the date may be accommodated on a pickup-only basis, depending on availability. Delivery and setup fees vary based on location, order size, and installation requirements.

Absolutely! Inspiration photos are a wonderful starting point for understanding your preferred style, colour palette, and overall aesthetic. While we do our best to capture the look and feeling you love, flowers are seasonal and availability can vary. We may suggest alternative varieties that achieve a similar look while maintaining the integrity of the design. Our goal is to create florals that feel cohesive, beautiful, and personal to your celebration.

The process begins with a wedding inquiry outlining your date, venue, estimated floral budget, and the floral pieces you’re envisioning. From there, we can determine whether your wedding aligns with our services and availability. If it’s a good fit, we’ll work together to develop your floral proposal. Your date is officially secured once your proposal is approved and the required retainer is received. Until then, your date remains available to other inquiries.
